Shipping Times
We ship all orders with Australia Post Eparcel. We ship from 6 west promenade , Manly NSW 2095, Australia. Ensure your delivery address is correct as once shipped we are unable to make any changes. Estimated delivery times after dispatch for delivery is:

Sydney Metro: 2-3 business days
Melbourne Metro, Adelaide Metro, Vic Country, ACT: 2-4 business days
NSW Country, QLD Country South, Tasmania: 4-6 business days
Perth Metro, QLD Country North: 5-7 business days
WA Country Near, NT: 6-8 business days
WA Country Far, External Territories: 8-9 business days

Returns 
Our policy lasts 90 days from date of purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must have the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept returns purchased directly from our website store with receipt, so if you bought your item anywhere else you need to contact that retailer. 

Exchanges
We're so sure you'll love Kupuna Eyewear so much that all orders are backed up by our extended 90-day return policy - return for any reason and we'll send you a new pair on us! Limited to 1 exchange within the 90 day period, from date of first purchase. Send us an email at kupunasales@gmail.com for return instructions. 

Refunds 
We only offer refunds in the case of faulty goods. You must advise us with 3 days of completed delivery that the item(s) are faulty to receive a full refund, otherwise our exchange policy applies. 

Return Shipping 
To return your product, you must email us at kupunasales@gmail.com . International returns are the buyers responsibility, that includes any lost parcels.
